How To Reserve Lodging

Please review the posts about lodging options. While there is ample cabin space, some of the private options such as Cottages and Bungalows are limited.

Hannah and Aaron will be reaching out directly to wedding guests who need the private and more- equipped housing options. If you are on this list, you will be contacted by 3/10/23, and you will have until 3/31/23 to secure these housing options.

On 4/1/23, all guests will have access to the remaining Cottages and Bungalows, and they will be available on a first come, first served basis.

If you are an individual or a small party, and choose a shared room option, (cabins or dorms,) your share of the price will be confirmed with you before asking for payment.  Shared rooms will not place adult guests and families with children together, unless requested by both parties. 

Aaron and Hannah have reserved all the housing options at the prices shown. Reservations must be completed by July 1st, 2023. Full refunds will be available until July 15th, 2023.

The below housing options are available for September 2 - September 4. Prices shown are for the full weekend. To learn more about each option, please read their in-depth blurbs found on the homepage:

1)  Bungalow/Tiny Home | $300 | sleeps 3

2) Cabin Option | $700 | sleeps up to 20

3) Platform Tents | $136 | sleeps 4

4) Dorm | $200 | sleeps 4 - 10

5) Cottage | $300 | Sleeps 2 

To begin the reservation process please fill out this google form. 

Afterwards you will be contacted to confirm which housing option can be accommodated and provided a confirmation code. Once details are finalized, the reservation can be completed with a PayPal transfer of the reservation amount to WalshDorfmanWedding@gmail.com.

To secure a refund:

1. Full refunds will be available until July 15th, 2023.

2. To cancel your reservation and receive a refund on your lodging, send an email to WalshDorfmanWedding@gmail.com with your cancellation details.
