The Ranch Camp Pass

Welcome to Hannah and Aaron’s all-inclusive summer camp wedding retreat! If you are reading this, you are invited to stay at JCC-Ranch Camp from Saturday, September 2 at 10 am, through Monday, September 4 at 2 pm. 

There are a variety of housing options, with different sizes and price points, and we are here to answer any questions you might have. Additionally, to ensure everyone has a comfortable, stress-free weekend, all guests* are asked to purchase a (subsidized) $115 all-inclusive food and beverage pass per person – the Ranch Camp Pass! Due to JCC-Ranch Camp being in actual ranch country, surrounded by one horse towns, there is little-to-no access to outside food. The Ranch Camp Pass will provide access to all meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks for the weekend.  While outside food and drinks are permitted on the premises, we would like this to feel as much like a summer camp as possible, and don't want guests to have to think about food, drinks, or snacks. The full menu will be provided closer to the wedding date. All meals will be kosher.

This $115/person Ranch Camp Pass price includes the following:

• Saturday lunch, with full salad bad
• Saturday evening dinner with full salad bar
• Sunday breakfast, with cereal bar and coffee station
• Sunday lunch (BBQ at the pool pending weather)
• Sunday wedding dinner reception**
• Monday wedding brunch**
• Concierge throughout the retreat that includes the following:
• Coffee, tea, juices, water, and sodas
• An assortment of snacks
• Alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, hard seltzers, etc. 

*Children 5 and under do not need a weekend pass.  Children 6-10 can purchase the Ranch Camp Pass for $65

**These meals are fully paid for by the bride and groom; they are simply listed so you know they are

happening!

The Ranch Camp pass must be purchased by July 1, 2023 and can be fully refunded up to July 15, 2023. 

To begin the Ranch Camp Pass purchasing process please fill out this google form. 

Afterwards you will be contacted to confirm the total number of passes you'd like to purchase and provided a confirmation code. Once details are finalized, the reservation can be completed with a PayPal transfer of the reservation amount to WalshDorfmanWedding@gmail.com

To secure a refund:

1. Full refunds will be available until July 15th, 2023.

2. To cancel your reservation and receive a refund on your all-inclusive pass, send an email to WalshDorfmanWedding@gmail.com with your cancellation details.
